What is PVC Celuka Foam Board?
PVC Celuka foam board is a rigid, lightweight plastic sheet produced through the Celuka extrusion process. In this method, the outer surface of the board is dense, hard, and smooth (forming a “skin”), while the inner core remains cellular and foamed. This unique structure gives the board excellent mechanical strength and a premium surface finish without the need for lamination or coating.
Key characteristics include:
High rigidity and impact resistance due to the solid skin layer.
Smooth, paintable surface suitable for direct printing, painting, or gluing.
Weather and moisture resistant – does not rot, warp, or absorb water like wood.
